1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the jilit online casino and sports betting platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "jilit," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2.5 Account Verification

jilit reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification (screenshots of e-wallet accounts, bank statements). You agree to provide such documents within seven (7) days of request. Failure to comply will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Withdrawals will be withheld pending successful verification.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account. jilit will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other communication method.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. In the event of unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you agree to notify jilit immediately via our customer support channels. jilit shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Prohibited Account Use

You agree not to use your jilit account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. You further agree not to use the Platform in conjunction with VPNs, proxies, or other tools designed to mask your true location or identity. Any suspicious activity detected by our security systems will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilit accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, etc.), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and cryptocurrency are typically processed instantly and credited to your jilit account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) to four (4) hours to process depending on the originating bank. jilit does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to account verification requirements and wagering requirements on bonuses. jilit aims to process all withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes, although processing times may vary depending on verification status, payment method, and withdrawal amount. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is PHP 500,000. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and VIP status. 4.5 Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds received are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal requests made before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Only funds deposited from your own money and winnings from fully wagered bonuses are eligible for withdrawal.

jilit strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, or engaging in any behavior deemed by jilit to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and deposits, as well as permanent account closure.

5.3 Promotional Terms Precedence

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular offer. All promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jilit Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and undergo regular independent audits to ensure fairness and randomness. The jilit Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free service. jilit does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilit, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jilit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall jilit's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Indemnification

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilit regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of jilit. jilit may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

13.4 No Waiver

The failure of jilit to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by jilit.
